Mr. Hurley has been a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of California since the early 80's, having followed his father, William H. Hurley, the company founder, into the Prestige Properties fold. In addition, Mr. Hurley is an attorney with a practice that nearly entirely focuses on real estate matters, including property management issues and landlord-tenant problems and eviction proceedings.
